The University of Cambodia (UC) aspires to provide high-quality education, prepare students to lead and serve, and develop the human resources of the nation, so as to help rebuild an educated society and restore the dignity and integrity of the people. UC believes this dream is a possibility through the power of an education and imagination, the knowledge and compassion of its students and faculty, and the contributions of its community members in their careers and communities. And that is why the Foundation asks for the generous support of donors, friends, alumni, and families to help UC achieve its goals.
Cambodia and the Greater Mekong Region are currently facing unprecedented growth opportunities and complex challenges as a result of technological advances and an increasingly global society.
To help our students prepare to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, UC aims to expand its leadership in higher education, its research capabilities, and its outreach efforts. Our campaign encompasses four strategic areas where significant investment will advance this objective. Click on each link to learn more about the priorities.

There are many ways that individuals, companies, foundations, and organizations can make a difference at the University of Cambodia (UC). The current campaign in progress includes the development of the University of Cambodia’s Phnom Penh branch.
Recently, the UC Foundation successfully raised over $14 million to begin the development of the new UC campus. The generous donation by Dr. Haruhisa Handa, Chancellor of UC, has laid the foundation for the new University of Cambodia, Phnom Penh branch. Efforts to secure funding for the construction of a spacious library building and student dormitories are currently underway.
In addition, the Foundation seeks the support of individuals and institutions that are passionate about education in developing the University of Cambodia, Siem Reap campus. This initiative will leave a lasting legacy on Cambodia’s future by providing access for higher education to more rural and urban students. The Siem Reap campus will be modeled after the designs of American universities and be located on more than 120 hectares of land near the majestic Angkor Wat complex.
You may wish to make a gift to a specific college or department on campus, support UC students directly by giving to scholarships, donate resources to the Toshu Fukami Library, or make a gift to the Annual Endowment Fund to help UC build its capacity to offer quality education and public services. You can designate where you would like to make your contribution to when you ?
